Hi! I am renting a single room to ONE/SINGLE PERSON ONLY for 3 months.

You have to be someone who is clean in the house, and a NON-SMOKER (both cigarette and vape are not permitted inside the house).

Room is Available from June 1 - August 30

No Deposit needed as it's only a short term rent but the whole period of 3 month rental should be paid upon moving in (or depends on our agreement).

Room: 13.500 kr (for 3 months rent)

Everything is included in the rent. (furnished room, use of common area - living room, bathroom and kitchen), electricity, heat, water, internet & laundry machine).

It is located in Albertslund - 10 mins by bus, and bike from the train station (travel time by train to CPH central is about 20 mins).
The bus stop is nearby the block and the nearest grocery, gas station, bakery and pizzaria is about 5 mins walk. My place is within the green area of Albertslund.
