16m2 room Leifsgade, Islands Brygge in 3 bedroom apartment

I'm looking for a roommate 23-38 man, clean, responsible and sociable to move into a 16 m2 bright and partly furnished room in my 83 m2 apartment at Islands Brygge only 400 m from the waterfront and 5 min bikeride from the city center. We share a kitchen with a gas stove, dish washing machine with common washing machine and dryer in the building. I'm looking for an open and easy going guy open for talks, a good joke, a beer on occasions and maybe a shared meal as well as private space is respected. The apartment is close to the water yet far enough away to be in a quiet area away from the busy waterfront in the old cosy part of Bryggen w. small shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, bakeries etc.. We are close to the green areas of Amager Fælled, the metro and a gym. Rent includes electricity, water, heating and internet. The room can be rented partly furnished or not at all.

I'm a physically active Dane, winter bather, filmmaker and outgoing person. I have lived, studied and worked in both Australia and California for years. My outlook is positive and curious.

I rent out the room for minimum a year up to two years.
