Hello,
As I am going on exchange we have a room available starting September until end of December (flexible dates, please inquire).
About the apartment:
Apartment is a spacious 102 m² on the third floor with a big open-plan kitchen, lots of natural light and a south-facing balcony. The common spaces are fully furnished and equipped with all essentials.
Location:
Located in Sydhavn in one of the newly developed areas
About 5min bike ride from Fisketorvet and 10min walk to both s-train and metro station.
Supermarket is right outside
Basement bike parking available
Car parking from 600kr a month
The room:
It is semi-furnished with a bed, sheets and bedside table. This is currently our guest room/office, so the dresser and desk in the pictures will be moved.
Rent:
7600kr incl. all utilities (Electricity, Heating, Water and Internet)
Available from:
30th of August until just before christmas. You'll be sharing the apartment with my girlfriend Sarah (27y) who is working full-time — I'll be on exchange the whole period.
Ideally we are looking for a woman who is clean and considerate and enjoys a good balance between socializing and having their own personal space.
