Hi everyone! I’m subletting a cozy 10 m² room in my apartment for the month of June. The bedroom comes furnished with a bed and a desk.
The apartment is 82 m² and has a balcony, laundry facilities, and a nice shared living space. It is located about 10 minutes walking from Herlev train station, and also within walking distance of BIG Shopping Center, where you can find shops and PureGym.
You would be sharing the apartment only with me and a lovely cat , so it is important you don't have a cat allergy
Details:
Available: June 1 - August 30 (a bit flexible)
Rent: 4,900 DKK
Deposit: 2000 DKK, refundable if there is no damage
Included: water, internet, and electricity
10 min walk from Herlev train station and 25 min to Copenhagen by train. Train lines C and E.
Viewings are possible any day after 20:30 by appointment.
