Welcome to my personal home in the heart of Nørrebro. I am looking to rent out my beloved apartment to a responsible single person or couple, with move-in as soon as possible.

The Apartment:
- Size & Layout: 52 m² distributed across 2 large rooms with a nice kitchen and a big, sunny balcony.
- Style: Fully furnished in a clean, minimalist design. It is ready for you to move in and feel at home immediately.
- Location: Situated in hip Nørrebro, you are within walking distance of beautiful parks, great restaurants, and genuine local hang-out spots.
- Transport: The Metro is just a 2-minute walk away, connecting you to the rest of Copenhagen (city center, Nyhavn, airport) in minutes.

Important Conditions:
- Rental Period: The initial contract is for 2 months. There is a possibility to extend for an additional 1-2 months, but this can only be confirmed by the end of February.
- House Rules: This is my private home, not a hotel. I am looking for a tenant who will treat the space, furniture, and neighbors with the same respect and care as they would their own.
- Viewings: As I am selling the apartment to move in with my partner, I require access to show the apartment on 2 Sundays during the rental period. You must agree to have the space cleared and fully clean for these specific dates. I will, of course, provide you with notice well in advance.
