Hello future housemate,

I am renting out a room for three months with the possibility of extending. The room is located in Hvidovre. The rent is 7000 DKK per month, which includes water, heating, internet, and electricity (with responsible use). No deposit needed. The rental period starts on January 1st.

About the room and apartment:
The room is (12 m²) - cozy and comes furnished with a large bed, a big wardrobe, and a TV with a gaming console. The apartment is about 80 m² and includes a spacious living room and a cozy balcony furnished with a sofa and table – perfect for dining, working, or simply enjoying the beautiful view of Bjerget Park. There is also bike storage, including a secure shed in the basement, as well as access to laundry facilities.

The location is excellent:
The building is right next to Valby Park, perfect if you enjoy peaceful nature while still being close to the city. Amarken train station is just a 6-minute walk away, and from there you can reach the city center in only 15 minutes by train or 30 minutes by bike.

About your future flatmate:
You will share the apartment with my brother Antony, a 22-year-old student at DTU. He is kind, friendly, and keeps the place clean and cozy. Antony is into extreme sports and music – he has a small home studio where he sometimes records songs, so it can get a bit loud. He also enjoys gaming, movies, and YouTube, often staying up late. Not the quietest roommate, but definitely a positive and easy-going person to live with. If you are ready for a fun and sometimes lively atmosphere with music at home, this is an excellent choice.

Who are we looking for?
We’d love to find a flatmate who is:
• A student or employed
• Planning to stay at least six months
