Since my roommate is leaving, I´m looking for a new roomie who wants to share the apartment with me (29 y/o from Germany) and my two lazy cats, Henri und Edgar. I´m a positive and calm person, who loves to knit, meet friends or do sports. I respect your privacy but are also up for a glass of wine or a cup of coffee every now and then🤗

Henri and Edgar are used to live in a shared apartment and will respect your privacy as well 😉 they’re totally relaxed and focused on me.

- 93m2, first floor, balcony, you’re the lucky one with the bigger room (12,9m2 – unfurnished)
- The apartment has a beautiful view directly onto the field. You can see the sunset from here and enjoy the beautiful nature
- Amazing location with easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, royal arena & fields Shoppingcenter

Who am I looking for?
- A calm, respectful and non-smoking person, who wants to share moments, but also understands privacy.
