Studio apartment 6 month sublet

I am subletting my studio apartment for a period of 6 months, from 1 November 2025 until 30 April 2026. The apartment is located in Søborg, 15 min walking distance or under 5 min by bike from Buddinge station (served by the S-train). In addition, it is served by multiple buses less than 1 minute away. The apartment is located in the ground floor and it includes a kitchenette, private bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a shared space with ovens and freezers in the building. There are also washing machines and dryers (pay-for-use) within the building. Everything in the photos will stay in the apartment. The subletting period is fixed since I am leaving for a fixed 6 month internship and will be coming back to Copenhagen to finish my PhD. The utility costs (aconto) cover electricity, heating, water and 1gbps internet connection. CPR registration is possible.
