As I’m leaving Odense soon, my lovely roommate George is looking for someone to take over my room from November 1st.

The apartment is located in Odense C, Store Glasvej; just a 4-minute walk from the tram, 2 minutes to Netto, and 2 minutes to PureGym. It takes about 22 minutes by tram to SDU, or 25 minutes by bike. UCL Seebladsgade is about 15-20 mins walk away, and it takes 16 minutes by bike to UCL on Niels Bohrs Allé.

The apartment is 98 m² with 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
The available bedroom is approx. 14 m² and unfurnished. There is also a spacious third bedroom available from October 1st.

Rent: 3,641 kr/month per room, including water and heating.
Electricity: paid separately every 3 months (small bill).
Internet: paid separately every month.
Move-in price: 16,382 kr. (deposit 9,100 kr. + 1 month prepaid rent + first month’s rent).

About your future roommate:

George: I’m 30 years old, originally from Romania, and I work as a cleaning assistant. I’m organized and tidy. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, going for walks in nature, and exploring new places. I like to socialize and share a beer once in a while, but I also respect quiet time and personal space.

He is looking for a friendly, social, and clean flatmate who also respect privacy (and not afraid to grab the vacuum cleaner when needed:). Gender doesn’t matter — we’re just looking for a nice and responsible person.
