I am looking for a roommate from the 30th of January!
We are 2 girls sharing a two bedrooms apartment but my other room mate is moving back to her country by mid January after finishing her Intern.
About me:
Ann, 28yo, PHD student in medicine, University of Copenhagen from Croatia
The apartment: Valby Maskinfabriksvej 84 m² Apartment + small terrace , furnished room large and bright common areas Nice shower, washing and dryer machine, apartment is surrounded by restaurant, marketenderiet and bus station is walking distance to the apartment.
I’d love to live with people who cleaning is an important part of there routines, someone who is open to having a friendly, respectful connection — maybe share a dinner or a conversation now and then and also enjoy alone time and respect others’ privacy and routines.
The contract: Available from the 30th of January (long term also possible)
CPR available
Rent is 6320 dkk (all utilities included: heating, electricity, water and wifi)
Refundable security deposit 2 months for shorter term (3 months below) 3 month rent in advance for longer term.
