The apartment has one bedroom and one living-room separated by corridor, a kitchen equipped with i.a. a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a spacious bathroom. The large balcony faces south-west, so it is a perfect place to enjoy the sun in the afternoon when the weather allows.

As a tenant, you are also going to have access to some common facilities like bike-parking in the cellar, a drying-room or common laundry room (the latter at some small extra charge).

All the main grocery store chains are located within a walking distance, while to the closest Netto it only takes 3 minutes to go. Also 3 minutes it will take to go to the closest fitness-club.
