I am renting out a room. It can be rented for six months with a possibility of prolonging. The room is in Copenhagen South, Amager. The rent is 5000 kr. That includes water, heating, internet and wash, also there is a move-in fee on 2.500 kr. There is a deposit on 10.000 kr. and it is required to register the Social Security Number(CPR) as C.O.

The room is furnished with shelves, writing desk, a mirror, i bed, curtains and a closet. I am intending on renting out for six months, and it is located near grocery stores, nearby water and within a ten minute walk to the Metro. With a bicycle it is possible to get around quite easy aswell. Though, there is a requirement of having own cooking tools.

Nearby, there are grocery possibilities. Within a 10 minutes walk you'll be able to find a variety of shops and the beach. Also, there is a metro 7 minutes walk from the apartment and by bicycle it is possible to reach the center of Copenhagen within 15 minutes.

Regarding laundry there are facilities with two industry washing machines and possibilities for drying the clothes.
