☀️SEARCHING FOR NEW ROOMMATE CLOSE TO KASTRUP BEACH☀️
Hello everyone I am looking for a new roommate to move in long-term from the 1st of March

A bit of info on the flat and your future roommate:
It’s a 2-bedroom apartment with kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 1 bathroom and 1 big terrace. The room is furnished as you can see in the pictures and costs 5000 dkk (excluding water + heating + internet+electricity), . First payment includes: 3 months deposit, 1 months prepaid rent (approx. 20000 dkk in total, but we can also negotiate about that).
It is a 10 minute walk to the subway (Kastrup st.) and 10 minute walk to the beach,, 5-10 min walk to airport , 2 supermarkets (Netto, Coop) are super close by😊

You will share the apartment with me. I am 29 from Bulgaria, studying at RUC from September, and I have experience with living with roommates from before.
