The building is newly built and only within a 10-15 minutes walk from Nørrebro station. And 5 minutes by bike
It is an apartment of 40 square metres, with kitchen, bathroom and access to a rooftop so it’s possible to stay for 2 people.

Practicalities:
- The room is 40m2 big and available from October 1st, 2024.
- The monthly rent is DKK 7904 including everything (there is a wifi in the apartment)
- A deposit of 1 month rent will be required when moving in.
- There is a laundry room and gym in the bassment as well as a common area and kitchen
- The flat is located only 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bike from the metro station and it takes only 10 minutes to reach the city centre. The closest bus stop for the for the 5C bus and is only a 4-minute walk away.
- Shopping and café facilities are just outside the door.
