-A full kitchen with fridge/freezer/stove/oven/dishwasher. There is a coffee bean grinder and two french presses. Cooking essentials are provided (ex. cooking oil, seasonings, flour, sugar, etc.)
-A balcony with two chairs and a table.
-A bathroom with separate shower and toilet (towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hair dryer provided).
-Laundry facilities in the basement

The apartment is available for rent in the period January 13, 2025 - Feb 21, 2025. Shorter term rentals within this period can be negotiated.
