Recently renovated, fully furnished apartment within walking distance from KUA / Southern Campus

I'm subleasing my apartment for 4-6 month.
The rent-price includes electricity, water, heat, insurance, wifi, and so on.
I'm very interior-oriented which is reflected in the aesthetics of the apartment, and I hope this will be appreciated :-)
There is a large bedroom with a large closet, a large living room, a large bathroom, a decently sized kitchen with a small eat-in nook, and a tiny entré with space for coats and shoes.
The apartment is an andelsbolig, which means it is "community-driven", and I hope you will appreciate this and perhaps participate in any community days announced. The apartment is placed above the kitchens of a downstairs bar, but so far I have not been bothered by this at all, and the bedroom is facing the courtyard as well :-)
It is located in the Sundby/Amagerbro area of Copenhagen, which is a short walk from the UCPH Southern Campus and Amagerbrocenteret. There are many little shops, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, gyms, bars, parks and puclic transport options in the area, and it takes me roughly 20 minutes to get to city centre.
It's a super friendly neighbourhood, it feels very safe and it is my own little sacred space, that I sincerely hope will be taken well care of while I'm away on adventures :-)
Also there's a washer/dryer basement just downstairs.
