Cozy room in Nørrebro, Copenhagen

Hello!

My name is Mads, and I am looking for a tenant to come and live in my cozy, little Nørrebro apartment, while I work abroad for half a year.

The room in question is around 8 m2, with minimalist wooden furnishing and a French balcony.
As part of the deal there is also an open closet-space in the adjacent room.

The apartment is around 65 m2, and features a stacked, ready-to-use kitchen with washing machine, as well as a shared cozy living room with a balcony, TV, various entertainment systems, dinner-table, couch, as well as a small bathroom.

The apartment is located close to the lovely lakes, in central Copenhagen, and has several metro-stations, buses and trains within a 5-10 minute walking distance.

I currently have a friend living in the space, who is a lovely, charismatic and outgoing person, who I am sure anyone would get along with.

The ideal tenant is a neat, friendly, thoughtful and chill person, who doesn’t mind sharing the space and who either works or studies in and around Copenhagen.

The rent is 5000 a month, and also includes wi-fi, water, heat, electricity and bi-weekly cleaning.

The deposit is equal to three months rent - two months "rent deposit", and another one as insurance for furniture.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, but sadly no pets.

Ideally I’d like to keep a calm apartment in the weekdays, but outside company is welcome on the weekends.
