LOOKING FOR A FLATMATE FOR AN APARTMENT IN Ørestad with Immediate move in .

I am looking for a flatmate, where the lease period is long term!! The apartment is 97 square meters. (8 sq meters private basement space in addition to the 97 above)

The practical:
- The apartment is located in 7. floor and has two balconies, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
- The apartment is completely furnished and you just need to bring your bags :)
- It's a 5-7 minute walk to Netto and Rema 1000, the nearest metro (Ørestad) is 700 meters away.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and animals are not allowed.
- Rent is 7,500 DKK plus utilities.
- Deposit - Standard 3 months rent
- Unfortunately, not suitable for couples :/
