I am looking for a tenant for my 6-room apartment at Østerbro. It is situated next to Vibenhus Runddel Metro st. and the lovely Fælledparken.

The apartment had a bit of an unusual floorplan as it is two 3-room apartments, which has been combined into one.

Each original apartment has its own entry, own bathroom, own kitchen and a small bedroom, all to which you will get exclusive access.

You will also have access to 4 shared living rooms, which you will share with one female tenant already living in the apartment.

Price per month incl. heat, water, electricity, internet and semi furnished is DKK 8.500.

Limited rental: 1. Feb - 1. May 2025

There is single bed in the bedroom on purpose, as the rental is for a single tenant only.

As a tenant, I expect you to respect the existing tenant that you share space with at all times. Same goes for the neighbours, me and the apartment it self.

If you are looking for a place to host parties or play loud music, this is not for you. We are looking for a calm and easygoing female tenant.
