I currently have a 12 sqm room available in one of the most attractive apartments in Copenhagen, located right next to Nørrebro Station. It is situated on the 16th floor and offers a fantastic view of Nørrebro, Frederiksberg, and NordVest. As part of the apartment, you will have access to a bicycle garage, a fully equipped fitness center (free of charge), a spacious rooftop terrace perfect for enjoying the sun or organizing cozy barbecue evenings with friends in the summer, storage space, and a 200 square meter party/event room with a large kitchen that can be booked for parties and events.

The room comes with a spacious living and kitchen area that we will both share. Here, you'll find a large sofa, a 55" TV, and an 8-person dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (for delicious coffee!), and a kettle. The bathroom is large and modern with both a washing machine and a dryer, making it easy to do laundry as often as you'd like.

Everything you need is within a 5-minute walk: Føtex, Netto, Nørrebro Metro & Station, Nørrebro Park, Nørrebro City Center, Silvan, Normal, bars, restaurants, food stalls, 7-Eleven, a football field, a skate park, and a basketball court.

About your room: It is spacious at 12 sqm and comes unfurnished (except for curtains). It has a large window with a French balcony, offering a view towards NordVest and beautiful sunsets.

A bit about me: My name is Lars, I am 28 years old, in a relationship, originally from Luxembourg, but I have called Denmark home for the past 6 years - that's why I also speak fluent Danish. I have studied design and programming at KEA and currently work full-time as a software developer. When I'm not coding, I spend my time windsurfing, buried in a book, fishing, or just enjoying delicious food and a movie.

I hope to find someone whose lifestyle matches mine - where we can create a space together to relax, occasionally share movie nights or dinners, keep the noise level at a reasonable level, and respect each other's privacy. Ideally, someone with a 8 - 16 full-time job.
