This cozy room is provided with a single bed and a working desk and probably a TV.

You will share the Kitchen and toilet/bathroom with a 49y male home owner.

The contract will be set for 3 months with possiblity of extenstion.

Electricity is included, except over-exceeded EL than regular monthly bill will be split and share with you.
You must basically have your own WiFi (but I will possibly provide one in July).
Laundry is not included in the rent and you must pay it accordingly. There is a common laundry in the condominium that will be accessible through pre-booking and payment.

5 minutes walking to biocenter (UCPH), August Krogh building, Pharmacology faculty and 10 minutes walking to Panum institute.

Very close to metro st (Vibenshus Runddel St. (M3 Metro) and main bus lines towards Nørreport St.

Very close to the supermarkets, e.g. Nette, Føtex and LIDL.
