I'm renting out a room in my 110m2, bright, spacious, waterside apartment in Teglholmen. The apartment will be shared with myself. As you can see from the pictures the apartment has a large living area, dining area, and kitchen connected in an open plan arrangement. The apartment is on the 6th floor which means it stays bright from sunrise to sunset.

The apartment has a balcony, a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher and basement storage. There's also a lot of green space around and a public swimming area outside the front door.

About me:
I'm a 32-year-old an engineer from Scotland working fairly standard office hours (8-4ish) with two days working from home per week. I'd like to think I'm clean quiet and respectful. My main interest is in sports and I'm fairly active with either running, cycling, or heading to the gym.

I'm looking for a roommate who has a similar work schedule and values a clean and tidy living space. I want to create a comfortable and relaxing home for both of us.
