Teglholm Allé.

My name is Anders and I am renting out a nice room with furniture (bed, table and shelves) in the South Harbour district - Teglholmen. The apartment is located in a new building from the 2000's, has a balcony and is around 90 square meters big.

Non-smokers only.

The kitchen and living room is one room and is for common use - except my working table. The bathroom has a lot of space and both a washing machine and drying machine. There is no bathtub.

I am renting out my room as my current flatmate unfortunately is moving out. I am an environmentally concerned engineer who speaks Danish, English, Russian and some German. I have had a handful of different flatmates since 2012 and like to have somebody around, but also respects when people need privacy. I am living in Norway, thus I am only in Copenhagen once a month on average.

The price is including water and electricity. Internet is paid separately - shared between us. The contract can be made in English.

CPR-registration is required. Earlier moving in may be possible. The furniture is slightly different now, as the pictures are a bit dated.

It is a plus if you speak Estonian:-)
