Your new roommate is Magda (36), she works in the renewable energy sector. She’s open-minded, funny, and always up for a good time. Magda loves playing basketball and is definitely not a morning person. On weekends, you’ll usually find her out for a run or in the kitchen cooking something delicious.

Your other new roommate is Lino (29) makes sure we have enough dinners together and do not forget to go out for a beer from time to time. He is an Electrical Engineer who loves facts and adventures disapperaing for sailing in summer and currently looking into 'maybe' getting a motorcycle. At home he's never seen being board - there is always some project waiting for him (built a new shoe rack recently ;)).

Your room and apartment
- Your room is approx. 16 m2 having an own balcony
- Overall 108 m2 apartment with two balconies, integrated kitchen/living room
- Biking time to the city center is 15 - 20 min
- 15 min by bus to the Main Station
- 10 min walk to M4
- 30 min by harbour bus to Nyhavn
- Netto, SPAR, COOP (300 m)
- Amazing Italian super mega big market 3' by bike (1000 m)

Move in from December 15th (a bit flexible if needed).

The contract is unlimited and we are looking for someone willing to stay for longer. Total monthly rent is 7300 DKK plus electricity (around 180 DKK per month).

The move in price consists of
- rent for first month: 7300 DKK (half if 15th of month is move-in date)
- deposit: 20580 DKK
- rent for last month (prepaid rent): 7300 DKK
