quiet base, new roommate ?

After previous positive experiences with roommates, I am looking for a roommate who has some form of daily permanent work, as I work from home myself. My home is the quiet base, understood in the sense that my roommates party out in the city, but have a quiet base at my place.

The 20 square meter room, is furnished.

Since I work from home a few hours a week during the day, where my work takes place from Monday to Friday, my roommate must have some form of daily work outside.

Before I can take you into my home, my experience is that I need to meet physically with my future new roommate, over a cup of coffee, so that we can both get an impression of each other, if we are suitable as roommates.
